Analysis is the first phase of our content development process. It includes gathering of information like target audience, learning objective, learner’s perspective on content and overall goal for learning outcomes. This information is then classified and analyzed for scope and sequence development for practical and successful design implementation.
Design phase begins with instructional designers writing down the overall learning objective. How learning is going to be acquired, is explained using information assembled from analysis phase, combined with the theories and principles of instructional design methodologies. Development tasks are identified, broken down and assigned to need-specific teams.
Blueprint constructed in the design phase is carefully implemented in the development phase. Previously identified tasks are delegated to different teams comprising of subject experts, copy-editors, desktop publishers and proofreaders. Completed tasks are internally assessed by Team Content Managers and re-developed wherever required to suit design implementation goals.
Internal evaluation being carried out throughout the entire developmental process is formative in nature. It forms part of the ADDIE framework of iterative instructional design carefully followed by Learnsdale. It allows our subject experts to assess project element and revise them if necessary. Post completion of the development phase, Admin teams perform a 3-tier review of the final project.
e-learning phenomenon has taken the student community by storm. Student’s are getting more and more inclined towards utilizing dynamic and multimedia infused content for their learning needs.
As much as the e-learning content is useful for enjoyable learning experiences, it comes with its set of challenges. There are many obstacles like self-teaching pedagogy, absence of teaching instructors and peer interactions.
Therefore today, it is more important than ever. That educators and content developers look for innovative ways to present analog academic content, in the most memorable ways possible.
Text-rich textbooks are no longer relevant. We make use of outstanding visuals and engaging story lines to attain and retain student’s attention.
Follow a process model or product model. Choose from subject centered, problem centered and learner centered curriculum design frameworks.
Get before, during and after class activity plans based on Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy of Educational Objectives. Cover sheets, lesson content, handouts and more.
Self-instructional STEM study material for self-learning at home. All school/university content, oversimplified for summative assessment preparation.
Avoid standardization issues with our state, Common Core, NGSS, and WIDA ELD standards alligned content.
