We gather information about the assessment audience, their learning needs and the final objective for testing. Overall project requirements are standard appropriated and broken down into simpler tasks, aligned for final learning outcomes. Execution timeline and internal review mechanisms are agreed upon.
Subject and category-specific project teams are organised by Learnsdale administration. Tasks are delegated to cross-functional roles. And project leadership is set-up depending on the size and scale of the operation.
